HOW CAN WE DO IT?

Our laptop service specialists look beyond the brand name to the components. By fixing the components instead of replacing entire modules the cost is greatly reduced.

HOW DO I GET MY LAPTOP REPAIRED?

Although each service requirement is different, our three requirements are:

• Establish the problem(s) and desired solution(s).
  We will discuss your laptop with a laptop repair specialist to get a good estimate of the probable cost.
• Establish a repair spending preapproval limit (usually between $95 and $500) to allow the repair to proceed without needing your approval during the service.
• Establish the desired shipping method.
  Standard shipping costs $10 and adds two days each way for shipping.
  Overnight shipping costs $54 and reduces the time without your laptop by two days.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

As stated before, you set the repair spending limit! The minimum charge is $95. The standard preset spending limit is $500, however we can more confidently set a good limit after discussing your particular situation.

Important Note:

There is a minimum charge for ANY system sent regardless of the amount of service performed. If a system is sent in for checkout there is a minimum charge of one hour (which is$95) EVEN IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO HAVE THE UNIT REPAIRED!
