PC support may involve hardware repairs, upgrades, software installation or optimization. There is a one hour minimum charge for labor. As you can see from the rates matrix, on site service is much more expensive.
We have a field staff servicing and maintaining networks throughout Central Ohio. Whether you own one PC or a thousand, we can accomodate your individual needs. You can buy pre-paid five-hour blocks of time for on-site PC service which provides priority status and a moderate savings.
