Columbus Micro manages numerous customer networks, ranging from small mom-and-pop operation to large corporations. We would like to discuss the advantages of outsourcing your network management to our experience team. The work can be done on a time and materials basis. However, most of our customers appreciate the discounted rates offered on our Pre-Paid Services program.
Pre-Paid Services
This service is used primarily by server and network owners. It is available in reasonably priced, five-hour blocks. The pre-paid service is similar to an attorney’s retainer fee. Not only does the customer receive service priority when a need arises, but they also realize significant savings. You can get five hours of on-site service for the cost of three. If you own a network or server and your applications are critical, this service provides peace of mind. Please remember that no one in Central Ohio has more experience building, maintaining and servicing computer networks than Columbus Micro.
