Over the last 10 years, as multi-national companies have moved much of their manufacturing
overseas, our various State and Local Government Agencies have invested millions of dollars in their
products, thereby shifting those potential tax dollars out of State, or even worse, out of the Country. We
are now realizing the effects of these decisions through downsized companies, layoffs, and possible
closures altogether. Columbus Micro Systems is reaching out to local agencies to address the need to
